The M&D Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. M&D disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, and will not be liable for any damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
M&D reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
